Returns & refunds

The return window, how to raise one, and when you get your money back.

The return window

You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return. Because each seller ships their own part of an order, returns are raised against that seller's part — not the whole order.

How to raise one

Open the order, find the seller's section, and choose 'Return an item from this delivery'. Pick the items and quantities, say why, and send it.

  • Arrived damaged
  • Wrong item sent
  • Not as described
  • Parts missing
  • No longer needed

What happens next

The seller reviews your request and either approves it — telling you where to send the goods back — or declines with a reason.

Your refund is issued once the seller has the goods back. Nothing is refunded on approval alone, because the return still has to physically arrive.

Partial returns

You can return some of what you ordered. If you bought three and send one back, you are refunded for one.
