Signing in
You can sign in with your e-mail address or your phone number — either works, with the same password.
For security, sign-in attempts are limited to six a minute. If you see 'too many attempts', wait a minute and try again — it is not a wrong password.
Forgotten password
Self-service password reset is not available yet. Contact us and we will reset it for you.
One account, every role
The same account shops, sells and buys for a business. If you run a shop, the seller centre is a separate application and will ask you to sign in again — use the same e-mail and password.
