What is available right now
Cash on delivery is currently the only method available to retail shoppers. Card and mobile-wallet payments are built but waiting on merchant accounts, and will appear at checkout automatically once those are live.
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier. Retail orders only, up to ৳20,000.
- Pay on account — approved business accounts with agreed payment terms.
- Card and mobile banking — built, not yet switched on.
If no method is offered
Orders above ৳20,000, and all wholesale orders, cannot use cash on delivery — the risk is too high to hand over goods uncollected. Until card payments are live those orders cannot be completed at checkout. Contact us and we will arrange it directly.
Paying on account
Approved business accounts can buy on credit and settle on invoice. Your terms, credit limit and remaining balance are shown on your business dashboard.
Orders above your account's approval threshold wait for an approver to sign them off before they reach the seller. Nobody can approve their own request.
When you are charged
For cash on delivery, when the courier hands over the goods. For card payments, at checkout. Either way the seller is only paid after delivery, once your return window has passed.
